Set Your Own Intention

Happiness is the consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world looking for it.
When you set your intentions for the day, week, month or even year, you are creating a structure that supports clarity. Clarity is important because it promotes likemindedness while streamlining information.

I set an intention for all areas of my life, i.e. being a mom, I have a set intention; being a wife, I have a set intention; being my TRUE self, I set an an-intention. Even in my work life and social life, I have an intention I set and hold myself to. I also often revisit my intentions. As we evolve and grow, so do our needs, so it is essential also to reassess your life and environment.

Regularly sitting down with your intentions is important for taking stock, re-centring, and staying committed. Not only that but going back to your intentions can also build self-awareness of your habits and actions.

For my self I like to sit and make jewelry, it helps me get into my quiet mind and connect, or I like to write. Here is a link to how I like to use writing as a tool to connect with my higher self: https://sentimentalgems.com/writing-using-crystals/
